2006 South Texas Cups Information

MEMO TO:  League Commissioners and National/State Cup Entrants

RE:  Cup Information

NATIONAL CUP:  If you have any teams interested in playing National Cup, please have them get in contact with me by email and I will send them all the pertinent information.  I will need their application by February 15.

STATE CUP:  League commissioners will ensure that I get the State Cup Information Form on all teams participating in Over 30’s State Cup NLT  February 10, 2006.  Commissioners, please email me with your team count as soon as possible.

The roster for Over 30’s State Cup is frozen February 17, 2006.  Players must be rostered to the team no later than February 17.  I will expect final rosters to me by February 20.  The approved team roster will be that which is verified by the State Registrar.

The games will be held in Round Rock.

The 1^st-3^rd Division South Texas Cup will also be held in Round Rock on April 1-2.  Team entry is due to me by March 3, 2006.  All rosters are frozen by March 17, 2006.  No players may be added after this time.  Final rosters are due to me by March 24, 2006.

I will provide hotel information as soon as I get it.
