Information
NATIONAL CUP:
If you have any teams interested in playing
National Cup, please have them send me their application by February 15.
The entry fee is made out to
USASA in either
cashier’s check, money order, or a league check. There is a $25 regional
fee, which is separate from the entry fee. All forms can be found at
Downloadable Forms. Look under National Cups for all the information.

STATE CUP: League
commissioners will ensure that I get the State Cup Information Form on all teams
participating in Over 30’s State Cup NLT February 11, 2005.
I also want an
email from the commissioners informing me of how many teams will be coming from
your league as soon as possible. The games will be played in the
Northeast
Metropolitan Complex in Austin on February 26 & 27. The information is
available on the http://www.AWSL.org website.
Players must be registered to the team
by February 18, 2005. The approved team roster shall be that which is verified
by the State Registrar. I will need all team
rosters into me by February 18,
2005.
I am attaching the forms that you will
need to give your teams and get back to me by the deadlines.
